Bangalore-based real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 54.37 crore in the third quarter of the present financial year.
The total income of the company stood at Rs 363.58 crore with other income contributing Rs 18.32 crore during this period. Operating profit of the company was at Rs 85.14 crore during the October-December period.
For the nine months period, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 133.40 crore ending December, 2010.
Total income of the company was at Rs 919.54 crore for first nine months along with a operating profit of Rs 212.31 crore. The company, which listed in October, 2010, posted a net profit of Rs 141.73 crore in the last financial year.
Total revenue of the company in FY10 had Rs 949.67 crore during last fiscal.
Operating profit of the company during this period was at Rs 183.33 crore.
