| Mumbai-based Prime Focus, providing post-production services, informed BSE that it will buy the post production business of UTV Software Communications, for an undisclosed sum. Along with this UTV Software Communications will also transfer all rights, title, ownership and usage of the brand, mark and related IPR of the brand 'USL' to Prime Focus.
