Approva, a Pune-based information technology products company, is launching an audit software to help companies keep illegal business transactions by their own employees at bay.
Approva is promoted by PV Boccassam, who co-founded and later sold Entevo Corporation for $125 million in 2000.
Approva executives say the company has developed the product, BizRights, jointly with two top audit firms in the world.
BizRights also incorporates accounting rules that auditors follow while evaluating a company
