Punj to invest Rs 138cr in Delhi firm

The board of directors of Punj Lloyd have approved an investment of Rs 138 crore in the equity share capital of Global Health.

According to a release issued by Punj to the BSE today, the company's board in its meet yesterday approved the proposal to invest in the Delhi-based company promoted by Dr. Trehan for implementing the Medicity Project.

'The investment is subject to the parties entering into a shareholders agreement on mutually acceptable terms and conditions', the release added.
