Already the plan for the project has been submitted for the approval and most probably by next month the work on the project would be started. With this expansion work, the company is hopeful that it would fuel the growth of tourist and expecting to achieve two-fold increase in the existing turnover.

Started in 1997, as Public Limited Company, the amusement park is spread over an area of 72,000 square yard. Presently, besides Water park, horse riding and boating the amusement has 16 rides like Toofan Mela, Crazy Car, Sun Flight and Sindbad etc.

So, in 2003, we added water park in the existing park, which is spread over an area of 12,000 square yard which includes water slides, wave pool and water pool.

He further added," In order to fuel the flow of tourists as well as general public and Viewing the amusement park needs value addition from time to time, we are coming up 20 picturesque cottages, having natural environment, fountains and plantations in the existing premises. In addition to this we are also coming up with country club, having pub. It would boast of dining, card and billiard room as well as kitty room."

He added," Also, there has been increasing trend in the city to have marriage function solemnized in Banquet hall, so in order to tap the huge potential in that segment, we would also construct a centrally air conditioned Banquet hall."

He further added that the project would be completed in phases, with cottages coming up within a year and the entire project would be completed within two years. He further added with all these expansion work, we are expecting two-fold increase in the existing turnover in 2007-08.

Presently, the turnover of the company is about Rs. 2 crore.

Commenting open whether the multiplexes(about 6 mulitiplexes that are coming up in the city) would hamper the flow of tourist he added," It would not affect the water park, so far the other things are concerned, we would come up with some value addition from time to time to have edge over the multiplexes in entertainment segment."
