Punjab Tractors FY07 net drops 39% to Rs 78cr

Punjab Tractors today reported a 39% decline in net profit at Rs 77.98 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007 when compared with Rs 129.34 crore in FY06.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, total revenue declined from Rs 964.05 crore in FY06 to Rs 954.63 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 17.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as against Rs 21.04 crore in Q4FY06. Total revenue dropped from Rs 252.50 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 220.83 crore in Q4FY07.
