Puravankara Projects, a Bangalore-based real estate company, has unveiled Purva Oceana homes on the Marine Drive of Kochi. Purva Oceana is the first project in Kochi from Puravankara which is spread over a land of 1.24 acres.
The 12-storeyed flats complex, with two levels of parking, is located on the Marine Drive waterfront overlooking the Bolgatty Palace and the Marina. The project has three-bedroom apartments ranging from 2,367 to 3,278 sft. The amenities include an infinity weir swimming pool on the terrace, a jogging track and a huge landscaped area.
The children’s play area is located on the first floor of the project. The ground level also has extensive landscaping in and around the main building structure.
Puravankara has so far completed 33 residential / commercial projects and has 19 ongoing residential projects. Till date, 6,500 homes have been handed over to users.
The company began operations in Mumbai and has established a considerable presence in the real estate industry in Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mysore and overseas in Dubai and Colombo, a press release said.
