Multiplex chain operator PVR Ltd today said it will merge Leisure World Pvt Ltd with the company effective from April 1.
The board of the company has unanimously approved merger of Leisure World Private Ltd with the company, PVR said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange.
The board has also approved to issue 152 equity share of PVR Ltd as against every 100 equity shares held by the members in Leisure World Private Ltd.
Shares of PVR Ltd were trading at Rs 178.05 on NSE, down 1.90 per cent from previous close.
