Radico Khaitan to raise $100mn via FCCBs/GDRs

Radico Khaitan is planning to raise up to $100 million by issue of FCCBs/GDRs/ADRs.The funds raised will be used for the expansion programme of the company.

According to an official release issued to the BSE by the company, the board at its meeting held today okayed the proposal, subject to the approval of shareholders.
