Rajesh Exports Q3 net up 38 per cent

Manufacturer-exporter of gold jewelry Rajesh Exports grew its net profit for the quarter-ended December 2004 by 38 per cent over the corresponding last year to Rs 8.31 crore. Topline during the same period fell 12 per cent to Rs 884 crore.
 
For the nine-month ended December 2004, the company's net profit grew 38 per cent over the same period last year to Rs 23.28 crore.
 
Turnover during the period grew 60 per cent to Rs 2,820 crore.
 
Rajesh Mehta, chairman, Rajesh Exports said, "The focus of our efforts now is to achieve a further-enhanced bottomline in forthcoming quarters."
