Ranbaxy (UK) and the department of health of UK have jointly announced settlement of claims brought against Ranbaxy for alleged anti-competitive cartel conduct in connection with supply of generic drugs to the national health service (NHS) between 1996 and 2000. According to a release issued by Ranbaxy Laboratories to the BSE today, Ranbaxy (UK) has agreed, on a full and final basis and without admission of liability, to compensate the NHS by payment of |
