Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers today said its net profit in the third quarter of the current fiscal grew 14.4 per cent to Rs 68.78 crore over the corresponding period a year ago.
The company had a net profit of Rs 60.12 crore in the third quarter last financial year, Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The state-run firm's total income rose to Rs 1,404.26 crore in the latest quarter from Rs 2,333.69 crore a year ago.
On Friday, shares of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers closed at Rs 32.80, up 3.63 per cent on the BSE.
