Ravi Ramu to join Times Internet as CFO

Ravi Ramu, chief financial officer of Mphasis, is to join Times Internet as its chief financial officer (CFO).

"As Mphasis is currently going through financial restructuring, the two organisations have agreed that Ravi will support Mphasis' needs duirng the transition period," an Mphasis official said today.

Ravi would extend his support to Mphasis till the financial restructuring is over, the official added.

Mahendra Swarup, chief executive officer of Times Internet, said the company is happy to make the adjustment as smooth and orderly transitions are in everyone's interest.
