Raymond to launch kidswear Zapp!

Raymond today announced plans to launch Zapp! kidswear brand in India.

The company is planning to open 12 outlets of 3,000-4,000 sq.ft each across the country. The premium products are aimed at 4-12 year olds.

Gautam Singhania, CMD of Raymond, today said the first outlet would be opened in Mumbai by early April.

The 12 centres would be spread across metros and mini-metros, he added.

The Indian kidswear market is estimated at around Rs 7,300 crore while the branded kidswear segment accounts for only Rs 500 crore.
