RCF FY05 net down 16%

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilisers (RCF) today reported a 16% decline in net profit at Rs 140.96 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 as against Rs 167.79 crore in FY04.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 2,840.08 crore in FY05 from Rs 2,347.45 crore in FY04.

The board has recommended payment of final dividend @ 14% for FY05, the release added.
