RCom enhances enterprise offering

Enterprise business accounted for about 12% (about Rs 2,600 cr) of RCom's revenue of Rs 22,321.3 cr in fiscal ended on March 31, 2014

As part of its plan to boost revenue fromenterprise business, Reliance Communications (RCom), on Monday, said it has launched four new products and services, including video surveillance platform andcloud based storage system for its enterprise customers.

Intelligent Voice Platform will delivercommunications-enabled business processes as a targeted service for largerenterprises; Reliance Cloud Video Surveillance solution is designed to giveseamless surveillance of all sites of an enterprise across the country; andArchstore is a cloud-based product for archiving and long-term storage need,RCom said in a statement.

"The new services are designed to cater tospecific enterprise needs that we identified through regular interactions,"said Deepak Khanna, chief executive of RCom's India Enterprise Services.RCom has earlier said that the company aimedto double its revenue from enterprise business over the next three years.
 

Enterprise business accounted for about 12% (about Rs 2,600 crore) of RCom's revenue of Rs22,321.3 crore in the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2014. RCom's enterprise business customers include HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Wipro, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Citibank, Asian Paints, and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

"We are confident that these products andservices will exceed customer expectations and work towards optimisation ofresources, providing cost-effective and impactful solutions," said Khanna.
