RCoVL's to sponsor $1 bn ADR/GDR issue

 In a sponsored issue, existing domestic shareholders offer their shares for sale to overseas investors and the shares sold will get converted into GDRs or ADRs depending on whether the receipts get listed in the US or in Europe.
