Receiver takes over Mardia Chem assets

The court receiver has taken possession of the assets of Mardia Chemicals.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the move follows the order passed by the Mumbai High Court in a suit filed by ICICI Bank as a debenture trustee.
