Rel Cap Q3 consolidated net at Rs 67cr

Reliance Capital today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 67.33 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2005. Total consolidated income stood at Rs 149.90 crore in Q3FY06.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, since the consolidated results have been published for the first time, comparative figures for the corresponding period in the previous year is not provided.

The company, on a stand-alone basis, has posted a net profit of Rs 64.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as against Rs 24.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004. Total income increased to Rs 82.82 crore in Q3FY06 from Rs 71.66 crore in Q3FY05.
