Reliance Brands, subsidiary of Mukesh Amabni's Reliance Retail, today announced a 50:50 joint venture with Italian company Dama SPA to launch the luxury Italian sportswear brand Paul&amp;Shark in the country.

</p><p class='TableClas'>The JV is expected to open 20 stores in the country in the next five years. Set up in early 70's, Paul&amp;Shark has a presence in 50 countries being retailed through 189 number of&nbsp; single-brand stores in New York, Paris, Milan, Dubai and Moscow among others.</P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
