Reliance Capital (RCL) today registered 37 per cent increase in the group's consolidated quarterly profits ended December 31, 2006, to Rs 92.17 crore as against Rs 67.33 crore a year ago. |
However, on the stand-alone basis the company recorded 11 per cent rise in its quarterly profits to Rs 72.57 crore from Rs 64.98 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. |
Total income of the group grew 190 per cent to Rs 436.05 crore, which stood at Rs 149.90 crore in the year-ago period. Total income increased 46 per cent to Rs 121.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, where as the same was at Rs 82.82 crore previous year. |
