Reliance Energy launches full service mobile app

Reliance Energy today launched full service Android mobile app, which will allow access to all power supply related services and information in Greater Mumbai.

The company CEO R R Mehta said the consumers can sign up or log in with Facebook to access facilities such as register for eBill, payment history, bill comparison graph and consumption trend. Further, the consumers and mobile users can contact the company through dashboard with a one touch facility and can also connect through social media. He informed that the consumers will also be provided details with regard to regulatory matters on the app. He added that consumers can experience company's services without visiting the office.

 

Mehta told reporters that the company has already taken consumer friendly and technology based initiatives in power distribution and mobile app is an addition to it.

Reliance Energy distributes over 7 billion units of electricity annually to its 2.9 million consumers spread across 400 sq km in Mumbai suburbs and surrounding areas.
