Reliance's 3-yr free incoming plan includes old customers

Reliance Communications has extended the benefit of "3-Year Free Incoming offer" to its existing prepaid Hello FWP and Hello 10 customers on Monday. The offer was earlier applicable only to the new customers.

Announcing the extension of this offer to the existing FWP customers, Arvind Kumar, chief executive officer, UP (West) and Uttaranchal, Reliance Communications, said this step was taken to provide value and maximise customers satisfaction.

"FWP customers can take the benefit of 3-year incoming by recharging with a Rs 1000 E- Recharge Voucher (E-RCV).
