Reliance signs deal for Haryana SEZ

Reliance Industries today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (HSIDC) to set up a multi-product special economic zone (SEZ).

The MoU was signed by Anand Jain, director of Reliance and Rajeev Arora, managing director of HSIDC in the presence of Bhupinder Singh Hooda, chief minister of Haryana and Mukesh D Ambani, chairman of Reliance.

Reliance has incorporated a company - Reliance Haryana SEZ - to set up the project spread over 25,000 acres.
