Religare Capital Markets (RCML), the Investment Banking and Institutional Securities arm of Religare Enterprises, announced the appointment of Dan Harwood as Head of its established London Listings and Broking Platform.
Harwood is a capital markets specialist with the Asian and emerging markets expertise that particularly resonates with the wide range of companies in these regions, seeking access to London's capital markets. He will be responsible for further developing RCML’s trusted advice to UK and emerging markets corporates listing on the UK’s Full List, AIM and PLUS Markets and ensuring an ongoing broking partnership with them, through their life as listed companies.
He was most recently CEO of Centrum Securities (Europe), where he played an integral part in the development of the groups’ international investment banking ambitions, whilst also setting up their UK operations.
