Right Management appoints new Country Head

Integrated human capital consulting services and solutions provider Right Management has appointed Anita Belani as the country head for India.     

As more global companies have established operations in India, and domestic employers have expanded their operations, the need to attract, retain, and develop talent has become much more critical, Right Management Asia Pacific Executive Vice President Keiji Miyaki said.     

Prior to joining Right Management, Belani was Country Head for Watson Wyatt India's Human Capital Consulting.

She has 21 years experience in senior strategic human resources positions with organisations like Sun Microsystems, KPMG LLP and Jardine Fleming among others.     

Belani would oversee Right Managements expanded capabilities to address the growing need for qualified talent in India and report the same to Keiji Miyaki, Right Management said in a statement.     

 

Meanwhile, Anil Sachdev is stepping down from his CEO role and is becoming a special adviser to Right Management India.

This would allow him to focus of his next dream of building a leading business school in India, the statement added.
