Royal Airways to raise Rs 15 crore

Royal Airways is planning to raise Rs 15.30 crore by issuing 15.30 lakh fully convertible debentures of Rs 100 each.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, "IL&FS Trust Company through the IL&FS Pvt Equity Trust will subscribe to 15,00,000 FCDs for the Leverage India Fund."

The IVC Employees Welfare Trust will subscribe to 30,000 FCDs, the release added.
