Multi Utility Vehicle (MUV) manufacturer, International Cars & Motors Ltd (ICML), today launched its upgraded version of the Rhino Rx. |
Priced between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 7 lakh, the MUV is an upgraded version of the last Rhino Rx which was launched in June last year. This version will be available in three variants S1, S2 and DLX. |
ICML today also announced its new concept of "world car" which will be rolled out by 2010. "This will be the first Indian car to be sold throughout the world. The concept involves a range of vehicles including the SUVs and high end luxury cars," said Deepak Mittal, managing director, ICML. |
For the world car, the company has tied up with Italian car design and engineering giant Pininfarina. |
Mittal said that the car would be available in Delhi by February this year. "We have already had massive sales of as much as 101 cars per day in Coimbatore in Chennai," said Mittal. |
Mittal expected around 5,000 vehicles to be produced by the end of this financial year and 24,000 vehicles a year by 2010. |
