SAAG RR bags Rs 5-cr order

Infrastructure major SAAG RR Infra, a subsidiary of SAAG Mauritius, has bagged a contract worth over Rs 5 crore from public sector undertaking (PSU) Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Bhel), Trichy.
 
The scope of the contract includes construction and maintenance of their factory building, township, public building, railway siding and roads, according to a company press release.
 
"Bagging this contract has been a major challenge for SAAG RR. We always strive to provide cost-effective value propositions and this contract will be a stepping stone for us to foray into the infrastructure requirements of PSUs," said R Sriram, managing director of SAAG RR Infra.
