Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar is miffed with British Airways. On Friday, he hit out at the British carrier on microblogging site Twitter, expressing his “anger” and “disappointment”.

“Angry Disappointed and Frustrated. #BAdserviceBA Family member’s Waitlisted ticket not confirmed despite seats being available. And luggage being tagged by @British_Airways to wrong destination and don’t care attitude! #NeveronBA,” tweeted Tendulkar.

The tweet indicates Tendulkar might shun using British Airways in the future — after this incident and over the carrier’s “don’t care attitude”.

Responding to Tendulkar, British Airways tweeted: “We’re sorry to hear this Sachin, could you please DM us your baggage ref, full name and address so we can look into this for you?”

Tendulkar joins the likes of Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and BBC Radio 2’s Chris Evans, who have hit out at the carrier in the past over less than satisfactory services.

Tendulkar’s tweet elicited various hilarious responses — some even showing sympathy for the carrier over what it might have to suffer in the aftermath of earning Tendulkar’s ire.
