Sanghi Inds to get Rs 28.9cr via FDI

The board of directors of Sanghi Industries, which met on January 6, 2006, has issued and allotted 2,89,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Spinnaker Global Funds under the foreign direct investment (FDI) route. This was announced in a release issued by Sanghi to the BSE today.
