Satyam Computer Services has sought the Company Law Board’s (CLB’s) approval to publish its third-quarter results for the 2008-09 fiscal.
“We have written to the CLB on Q3 results and (are) awaiting their response. There is no timeline yet on the restatement of accounts,” said a company spokesperson.
According to regulations, listed companies are required to announce quarterly results within a month of the end of the quarter. The Satyam board had got the market regulator’s permission for delaying the Q3 results.
