State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH), an associate bank of the State Bank of India (SBI), today said it has registered a 33.43 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 445.51 crore for the quarter ended March, 2015 as compared with Rs 333.89 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the full year the bank has reported a 29.19 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 1,317.13 crore as compared with Rs 1,019 crore in the previous year, the bank said. Total business for the FY15 saw a growth of 9.19 per cent at Rs 2,40,775 crore while the advances grew by 9.98 per cent at Rs 1,03,223 crore and deposits grew by 8.54 per cent at Rs 1,32,023 crore.
Net interest margin has improved by 24 basis points to touch 3.29 per cent during the year, it said.
