Scorpio sales up 17% in FY06 at 33,882 units

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) reported a 17% increase in Scorpio sales at 33,882 units from 28,872 units in FY05. M&M's Nashik  facility also crossed the 1 lakh production mark last week.

Over 5,000 Scorpios were sold within a month after the mid-March launch of the new upgraded model.
