Finance company SE Investments today said its board will meet tomorrow to consider sub-division of shares in the ratio of 1:5.
The board would consider the proposal for sub-division of the equity shares of Rs 10 a piece into five shares of Rs 2 a piece, S E Investments said in a filing to the BSE.
