Sensex down 66pts; Guj Amb, ACC spurt

The Sensex is now down 66 points at 10,618.

Cipla has gained 2.5% at Rs 219. Dr.Reddy's and Satyam are up over 1% each at Rs 1,330 and Rs 717, respectively.

Gujarat Ambuja has surged 2% to Rs 105, and ACC has spurted 1.3% to Rs 821.

Hero Honda has dropped 4% to Rs 736. Tata Motors has shed 3.7% to Rs 755.

Hindalco, HDFC Bank and Maruti are down around 2.5% each at Rs 168, Rs 760 and Rs 787, respectively.

Out of 2,423 stocks traded so far, 1,256 have declined, 1,083 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
