Customer interaction management (CIM) solutions provider Servion Global Solutions has announced its acquisition of UK-based JAMS UK and its Indian subsidiary for an undisclosed amount.
JAMS operations complement the business of Servion Global.
The acquisition would widen the company's footprint and network in the UK - a region that is becoming critical for the company, where it has no presence.
