Sesa Goa to consider stock split, bonus

Sesa Goa plans to offer free shares and stock split.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the company's board is scheduled to meet on April 28, 2008 to consider a proposal for sub-division (split) of the equity shares and issue of bonus equity shares.
