Sharon Bio-Medicine today said it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UAE for carrying out pharmaceutical business in that country.
The subsidiary company, Sharon International FZE, would carry out the pharmaceutical business and general trading of other items, Sharon Bio said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of Sharon Bio closed at Rs 125, down 6.02 per cent on the BSE.
