Retail chain Shoppers Stop today announced that it has opened the offer of 2 million equity shares to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs).
The floor price of the issue is Rs 648.88 per share, the company said in a statement. Enam Securities is the global coordinator and book running lead manager and IDFC Capital is co-book running lead manager.
