Shree Cement has despatched a total of 7.5 lakh tonnes in the month of January 2009. This performance represents a growth of over 30 per cent over the corresponding month of 2008, in which it despatched 5.75 lakh tonnes.
In the period April 2008 – January 2009, the company despatched a total of 61.8 lakh tonnes, a rise of 25 per cent over the period April 2007 – January 2008, when it had despatched 49.3 lakh tonnes.
