Shrinagar Hydro buyout to cost Tata Power Rs 1650 crore

 The board of directors of the company on Thursday approved the proposal at an estimated cost of Rs 1,650 crore.

 The acquisition will be funded through a 70:30 debt equity ratio and will generate about 1,450 million kwh. The project is expected to be commissioned in the next four years.
