Shriram City Union Finance today said it plans to raise up to Rs 500 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCD).
The funds raised through the issue, opening on September 12, will be used for the company's various financing activities including lending and investments, a company official said here.
The funds would also be used to repay the company's existing loans, for business operations, including capital expenditure and working capital requirements, he added.
