Shriram EPC to raise Rs 150 cr via QIP, other modes

R S Chandra, nominee of Bessemer Venture Partners Trust, quits Shriram EPC Board

Shriram EPC's Board today approved company's fund raising plan upto Rs 150 crore. The company has said the mode could be rights issue of equity shares of the Company, or QIPs, ADRs, GDRs, FCCBs or any other securities convertible into equity shares.

Meanwhile, company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange that R S Chandra, who was nominated as Director by Bessemer Venture Partners Trust on the Shriram EPC's Board has resigned. He will be replaced by Vishal Vijay Gupta as nominee Director of Bessemer Venture Partners Trust.

The Venture Capital firm holds 23.64% in Shriram EPC, as of December 2011.
