Shristi Infra to set up new township, truck hub

 BSIDL, a joint venture company between Asansol Durgapur Development Authority (ADDA) and Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (SIDCL) of Srei Group, is planning to set up a township at Kanyapur close to Asansol over 110 acres.

 It is also contemplating to set up a modern truck terminal at Raniganj on a 25 acre plot. Hemant Kanoria, director of BSIDL, said the housing project would see investment of Rs 70-80 crore while the truck terminal project would require more than Rs 10 crore.
