Shubham Granites Ltd has received an approval from its board of directors to change the name of the company from M/s. Shubham Granites Ltd. to M/s. Blazon Marbles Ltd.
"At a meeting held on September 26, 2011, the board of directors of the company has decided to change the name of company from Shubham Granites Ltd to Blazon Marbles Ltd, or such other name as may be approved by the office of the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat State." the statement filed with BSE said.
