SI board okays 6.52 lakh bonus shares allotment

The board of directors of Southern Ispat (SI) at its meeting held on April 18, 2005, have approved to allot 6.52 lakh equity shares of Rs 10/- each by way of bonus shares .

According to a release issued by Southern Ispat to the BSE, the shareholders have given their nod at the EGM held on March 25,2005 by debiting the reserves & surplus and crediting the share capital account.
