Signfuel Investments, through SBI Capital Markets has made an open offer to acquire shares of California Software Company.
The open offer is made to acquire 20 per cent of the voting capital of California Software at a price of Rs 45.03 per share, which aggregates to Rs 11.13 crore payable in cash.
The open offer will open on April 22 and close on May 11.
