Erin Green, the former head of immigration at Infosys who filed a lawsuit against the firm for unlawful sacking, says the resignation of Vishal Sikka from the post of managing director and chief executive was expected, as there was a clash of culture at the company. In an e-mail interview with Raghu Krishnan, Green says only the loss of a big client could push Infosys to correct its internal corporate culture. Edited excerpts:
