Sikkim Hydro becomes subsidiary of Gammon India

 According to a release issued by Gammon India to the BSE, Sikkim Hydro Power Ventures has become a subsidiary of Gammon Infrastructure Projects (GIPL), which is a subsidiary of the company.

 Sikkim Hydro Power Ventures was a special purpose vehicle incorporated for the development of the 60 MW Rangit-II hydro-electric power project in Sikkim, the release added.
